                   Formula
                    3 Euro Series 2005 - R3 Spa - Race Round-Up
                  Third
seasonal race of the Formula 3 Euro Series 2005 Championship
and first points for Belgian driver Greg Franchi, who was
seventh in race 2. Also Frenchman Franck Perera obtained points
as he finished the two races in the eighth and sixth place,
respectively. Unfortunate weekend for Italian Marco Bonanomi.
The driver born in Lecco, after a good session of free practice,
went out of track in the Eau Rouge bend during the second
qualifying session and damaged the vehicle, which affected
his position in the starting grid for race 1. Our three drivers
were competitive on a dry track. Once more, the poor performances
in the qualifying sessions had an effect on the race result.
Davide De Gobbi, Prema Team Manager: " Once again I am
not satisfied with the overall result since I know the potentialities
at our disposal. We must really make a serious analysis. The
Championship is still long and we must try to compensate for
our poor results, from next weekend onwards."

Greg Franchi: "First points in the difficult Formula
3 Euro Series Championship. The weekend started well with
the pre-event tests where I was competitive. The Team worked
very well and gave me a good vehicle. Unfortunately, my mistake
in the first qualifying session affected the result. Now,
we must look ahead and carry on working hard in order to improve."

Marco Bonanomi: "Once again it was an unlucky
weekend. The result of the whole weekend was affected by the
accident in the Eau Rouge bend where I damaged the vehicle.
I was taken to hospital for a check up. I am not in optimal
conditions yet, but I will try to be all right for the next
                    event in Monaco."

Franck Perera: "Two results in the scoring zone
is not the maximum for me. We must absolutely improve and
be protagonist again, from next weekend, in Monte Carlo where
we will run together with the Formula 1 Championship."
